Man it was nice to see their defense step up and make some big plays and big hits when needed. Charles Tillman is just a badass. Great hits, great coverage, keys plays. It was fun to watch. Plus guys like Azumah making big returns, Bobby Grey with a huge hit on Shannon Sharpe to break his nose, the offense going 3-3 on 4th down, etc. This team is an offensive coordinator away from being decent.

I bet Kenyon Martin feels like a dickhead now after the fight they just had in practice last week, where he made fun of Zo's kidney ailment.

Yeah, I was thinking about going up and buying a pair, I am really glad that I didn't go. I would have been pretty pissed off too. It is kind of funny that the Sox want more casual fans to come out to the park, yet thinks like confining people to the upper deck and now this happen. Not exactly a way to build up good relations to get fans coming regularly. I wonder if the Sox realize that people don't go from buying no tickets to buying season tickets. People who build up the amount of tickets they buy over the years, eventually buy season tickets. But if you piss all over them in favor of the season ticket holders, you chase them away before they consider season tickets...

I saw a rumor over the weekend that the Sox are trying to trade Ordonez, in order to bring back Bartolo. Supposedly the Sox even offered a 3 year extention that would have deferred some of his '04 money, and kept him "affordable", but Maggs turned it down. Could be a really interesting set of winter meetings.

The interesting thing is that they have 4 roster spots left open. That means barring trades or players getting released, we aren't looking at too much on the FA market.

I like Pratt for the same reason that I liked Romano. They are very believable doctors. Most of the others are just too nice, and Galant is one of them. You rarely meet a doctor that doesn't either have a God-complex, is a complete asshole, or doesn't know their ass from a hole in the ground.
