Any other Sox minor leaguers post here ?
I am sure it would for a lot of people. But in my case I stay away from personal attacks anyway. I concentrate on a players preformance, and that wouldn't change at all, in my posting habits.

Sox Fan vs. Mets Fan
Definately a Sox fan. The Sox are the redheaded step child of self proclaimed Losers! At least the Yankees win, the Cubs the great majority of the time are worse, and we still have to hear this crap.

NBA expanding to Europe....
The financial situation of many teams is dire. Two teams have filed bankruptcy and at least a half dozen others could be filing. Then you have got teams like Colorado, the Rangers, and Wings who distort the salary structure to the point where many teams can't afford their payroll, let alone compete. Attendance is way down, along with the extra problems in Canada of having to pay players in US dollars, while taking in Candadian dollars only worth about 70 american cents.

Sox post-mortem
Stupid question but is ANY team going to be INCREASING payroll this year? Could this free agent market be cheaper than last year? The only teams I hear that are talking about spending money are Baltimore and San Diego.

Twins story
God I hope they cut payroll. If that happens this division is up for grabs, as the Twins will have to unload a bunch of players and have no chance at resigning anyone.

Thank you. Don't forget about the 20% interest rates. News Flash! Supply side economics works! And it is working so well right now To amend your statement, supply side economics works IF capacity utilization is near 100% and employment is near full. Otherwise it is just giving money to the rich. Give it time. Give it time. We're getting there. The economy is growing again and employment is rising. Not really. Along with the growth is the fact that more people are giving up on unemployment, running out of unemployment, or working part time because they can't find work, which all don't show up as "unemployment". The big part of growth has come from American's deficit spending, which is actually not considered true "economic" growth. I have said it before, and will say it again. Either this economy is going to double dip into recession, or we are going to see inflation again.
