Did anyone here Chris Rongey on the score last night making fun of DJs call of Frank's homer last night? Hilarious stuff. He said, " Oh MYyyyYY!" His voce cracked as he was saying it. Rongey kept playing into commercials and back from. I cracked up every time I heard it.

I blame the coach and here is why. Part of the coach's job is to make sure there is non of this crap going on between players. One of the last things he should have said in his victory speech to the team should have been along the lines of, "You guys that didn't play tonight or at all during the whole tournament are still part of this win. You practice with the 1st stringers and make them work harder to be better. Everyone from me on down to the last guy on this team helped win this championship. You should all be proud when you go to school tomorrow. Now hit the showers while I sit back and watch with a funny grin on my face!"

This is only going to encourage Yankee fans. Keep voting.

I like this idea as long as he doesn't use all his relievers and run out. I mean what happens in an extra inning game?

FWIW, Ozzie was saying the other day that the govt in Japan won't let the players go to the US until they're 27. He said it's not their fault and should be able to win the ROY. If this is true, it changes my mind on the subject.
