So your Tigers fan friends aren't exactly right about him being terrible at routine plays. I don't tell them what to think. But I'll take the word of those who watch every game.

Jim Leyland is a horrificly bad manager. Overuses his pitchers, doesn't have a clue about using a bullpen. And he's older than dirt. If White Sox fans hate Ozzie, then there is no word to decribe Tigers fan's feelings towards Leyland. I'd take Guillen 8 days a week over Leyland.

Gardenhire Guillen and then some....Leyland.
