All these crazy rumors are driving me nuts. Personally i hope we dont change any postiong players all i want is one more top of the line starter- and 1 more solid reliever. I would love #1 the best. Would do you guys think? If only we had 12 BMacs', 5 Bobby Jenks', 3 Jose Contreras', 4 Damaso Marte's, and 8 Sweeney/Andersons! Gawsh darnit!

I agree with Irish and Addy. These are grown men on an MLB team with the best record in thw world. They ALL want a ring and probably don't care what has to be done to win one. Burnett is not a cancer nor have I ever heard anything bad about him from anyone. It seems that his injuries might be past him and that he is all for winning now. KW can pull this off. Chemistry is overrated. Yes, I do agree, it is a big part of baseball but you can't just ignore a chance to make your team and rotation one of the best in a while just because you don't want to hurt team chemistry. All players have to worry about is playing ball and co-existing with their teammates. Burnett is capable of doing both.

As time goes on, I see the Sox after Burnett more and more and I am seriously warming up to that thought. I like the vision of Burnett in a Sox uni blowing fastballs past the Twinkies!
