I honestly wouldn't put it passed Kenny dictating lineups. Remember that's why he bumped heads with Ozzie cause Ozzie didn't go for that s%*#. That's why people like Bochy and other veteran managers arent considered. The path to making this org right is getting rid of the 3 headed monster. Any other Org would have s%*# canned Kenny a long time ago. But Jerry doesn't care has in La La land. People can say what they want about Hawk but I really think what he said in the interview with AJ is very telling. Remember Hawk would go ass first for Jerry. That's nothing official but it's my hot take

If The Sox move I have no reason to follow baseball anymore.... The Sox even tho bad is the only thing keeping me attached to Baseball. Funny when I was younger I couldn't imagine being without it. Now I just don't care enough. Maybe something is wrong with me, but I just don't feel that passion or fire anymore. Maybe it's what it's become. Maybe bad media. Whatever......

So pretty much it's a pissing match between a cheap always get his way owner and an incompetent GM... Thinking about it now, I really feel these 2 set the tone by firing Ricky. There was no problem with the players when Ricky was here. What have we( the loyal Sox Fans) done to deserve this s%*#? 43 years of having this franchise handcuffed. Has there been anybody competent in the Reinsdorf era? Himes? Hemond who I think he inherited? How much longer of this crap?
