In the earlier UFC's, Dan "The Beast" Severn competed and won at least one title. He was a "Pro" Wrestling champ from a promotion in the south( I can't remember which one, I believe it was a shoot off of the NWA). UFC, Dan Severn always was beat up by Rouce Gracie and the brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Royce Gracie won 5 times the UFC. Marcos Ruas was a great fighter also. Tank Abbott was a crazy bastard...
