  1. QUOTE(Chisoxfn @ Jul 19, 2006 -> 08:54 PM) Kel loves orange soda Is it true?
  2. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Jul 19, 2006 -> 08:53 PM) They have played better than any other team thus far. So we have to be reminded of that whenever they're mentioned?
  3. QUOTE(Flash Tizzle @ Jul 19, 2006 -> 08:51 PM) Myspace news? LOL. I can only imagine the myspace world commenting on his death: OMG, HE WAS TEH AWESOME!!!! HOME OF DA GOODE BERGER WAS A GR8 PHRASE!!! L8ter playa, RIP! What in the hell is MySpace news? Do you guys mean "bulletins" or something? I don't use MySpace much, but I can't find any "news" sections...
  4. QUOTE(BigSqwert @ Jul 19, 2006 -> 08:51 PM) Heh....Josh Mora says it's a game we should have won. Really? 2 solo HRs is good enough against the team with the best record in baseball? Why do you like saying, "Best team in baseball" and repeating that they've got the best record in baseball?
  5. Time for AJ to get on, and Crede to have a moment.
  6. QUOTE(Jimbo @ Jul 19, 2006 -> 08:21 PM) i bet they were gone pretty fast...no reason for a tigers fan to be where sox fans convene. If i wanted your perspective, id go to your site. Didn't you read the message from Jason? Let it go and put him on ignore if it bothers you so much.
  7. I'm getting tired of having to hope for late-inning heroics.
  8. QUOTE(fathom @ Jul 19, 2006 -> 08:12 PM) Yeah, they're a lot more tame than they were a month or so ago. Tiger fans were never uncooth here. This f***ing ballpark sucks.
  9. QUOTE(Rowand44 @ Jul 19, 2006 -> 08:09 PM) Well I will say that AJ has to stop calling that damn curveball. If Widger was behind the plate tonight there would be about a million threads about how bad he is. That being said, Vaz can't execute a pitch in a big situation..just ask the yankees. I think you're right about that. I mentioned earlier that AJ called for a bad pitch and Javy obliged!
  10. QUOTE(Jimbo @ Jul 19, 2006 -> 08:08 PM) Get the f***in tigers fans out of the game thread, i thought the deal was to keep them in their f***in thread............ Jesus Christ. Funny how everyone goes nuts when something bad happens. It's okay, Tigers, you can stay. It's not like you're saying much, anyway.
  11. QUOTE(Heads22 @ Jul 19, 2006 -> 07:56 PM) AJ will likely get thrown at. why's that?
  12. If you're going to attack Javier, at least spell his name right. I didn't know that we had a Vacquez on our roster.
  13. Part of it has to do with Pierzynski calling for the wrong pitches at the wrong time.
  14. QUOTE(iamshack @ Jul 19, 2006 -> 07:49 PM) Mack got a crap jump. And Brian plays as shallow as anyone in the league. Please, someone get off Scottie's ass and start talking about Mack's. Let's talk about how good Uribe is.
  15. Come on Javier, that was just bad luck. Pitch over it. Don't be a midget.
  16. QUOTE(fathom @ Jul 19, 2006 -> 07:34 PM) Mackowiak actually has a fantastic arm for a LF. Wow, I thought Thome had that one. Yeah, I did too. Bah.
  17. I hear that Javier is throwing a gem. Excellent.
  18. QUOTE(SnB @ Jul 19, 2006 -> 12:27 PM) gotta go out swinging man. At least for me, I would rather do that than have to wonder "what if" forever. Usually I agree with that, brother, but I'm in no rush right now. Part of it has to do with me having the taste of my ex-girlfriend in my mouth, and part of it has to do with the fact that I figured the girl I was interested in was more trouble than she was worth. --- I've got soccer today. First day, it's sort of like a mini volunteer training camp. I'm feeling good about it. In half an hour, I'll be getting my physical, and then two hours later, I'll be playing soccer. Unfortunately, I'm going to miss at least an hour of the Sox-Tigers game. Bah!
