Oh, I've been stretching myself out, too, to make sure I'm nice and loose for a day of soccer practice tomorrow. Right now, doing well at soccer might be the most important thing to me, as we're in the low-leverage part of summer.

I really didn't do anything too notable today. I was tasked with giving a bath to a thousand pound cow, and I had to wrangle it by myself because nobody else was aroudn to help me get her to the fence. So I moved on over to Denim, hopped on her back, put the rope 'round her neck, got off and forced her to the fence. Took a few minutes but I did it. Afterward, we had a cowboy come over and teach us how to train a horse. He had her rolling over so he could pet her stomach in minutes. Travis was awesome, but not as cool as Travis Hafner! I'd been cruising on a crush for this girl lately, but after sending a mutual friend to gauge her feelings, and when I took everything into consideration, I decided I'm going to strike out looking instead of swinging. I've been striking out looking quite a bit lately, but I'm not bothered.
