Okay, what exactly has Dok Hendrix done that allows him to keep this job? Better yet, what kind of stroke does he have that they have to hire minorities while he's away?

Mavs Fire Avery Johnson I hope John Paxson is picking the phone up.

QUOTE (Brian @ Apr 30, 2008 -> 08:38 AM) D'Antoni to Bulls? Just an idea. Fixed. But i'd welcome the idea.

QUOTE (CryptviLL @ Apr 30, 2008 -> 10:29 AM) Just heard about this as well.. I would walk out to for a show that s***ty.. WWE really needs to try and do something with ECW, id rather see the Intercontinental championship or US Title then the ECW heavyweight title right now.. Their show is ridiculous. It's gotten A LOT better as of late, sure it's still the "C" show but the young talent they have has made the show watchable. Apparently the Adamle & Tazz walking out seems to be an angle of some sort....this is the kinda s*** that keeps ECW the "C" show.

During ECW tonight Adamle and Tazz leave the announce table right before the main event, weird.

QUOTE (Tony82087 @ Apr 29, 2008 -> 04:09 PM) I am in the same boat. Don't you just love Columbia???? Sure we may go a week or two later than most of my friends, but it'll be nice to not have to go back until AFTER labor day.

QUOTE (longshot7 @ Apr 29, 2008 -> 02:59 PM) let's tailor this to current WWE goings-on. HHH deserved the belt on Sunday, did he not? Out of the 4, yes. It's just a shame they finally give Orton a new gimmick right before he drops the strap. Cena had his super-run, and I'm not sure if I would put JBL in the top spot just yet. I would like to see where this thing with him and Cena goes though.

QUOTE (Tony82087 @ Apr 29, 2008 -> 12:38 PM) I know they are probably playing it, but no one here has IV yet??? I won't allow myself to buy it until after finals, if I buy it now...my assignments and studying will NEVER get done.

QUOTE (SoxFan1 @ Apr 28, 2008 -> 12:28 AM) That sounds like the best, worst-idea ever. Oh, it was. Today he tells us he got 2nd degree burns from it. So like good friends we laughed.

Horrible finish to Raw, that wasn't needed for Regal to draw heat. I thought the angle with Kennedy was enough.

KENNEDY!

Hardy wins the U.S. title.

Last night after a few, a friend decided that it would be a good idea for us to brand him with a metal spatula. This morning he regrets it.

Saw The Cool Kids last night for free, they put on a fun show. Really down to earth guys.

QUOTE (The Critic @ Apr 25, 2008 -> 11:35 AM) That better not be the "offensive" tattoo, with all the sick s*** he's said and done. I believe it is, something about it not being "family friendly" or some other BS

QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ Apr 25, 2008 -> 10:10 AM) what are his tattoos? There are some goofy ass ones going around, I would love to know what Vince doesn't like IIRC, he has one of malcolm X on the left side of his chest.

QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Apr 21, 2008 -> 08:12 PM) Lil Wayne belongs no where near that list at all. And one hit wonder? What? The Block is Hot hit the top of the billboard charts about a decade ago. His only problem is that he releases 10 times the amount of stuuf as the next guy, so there is going to be some terrible stuff in there. But he has one of the better rap albums released this decade in The Carter II. Agreed, and it'll only get better with The Carter III. Not only does he basically live in the studio, but more often than not he's putting out quality material.

QUOTE (SoxFan562004 @ Apr 21, 2008 -> 11:39 AM) I think that too. However, Sherk is uniquely strong for 155 (even with the positive steroid test last fight, he still will be hella strong for 155) and I see that as the one thing that could throw a serious monkey wrench in the plans. Penn has fought, and been successful at 170, so I am leaning heavily towards Penn in this fight. FWIW Tim Sylvia was released by the UFC with one fight left on his contract and he will be fighting Fedor on a card in Texas (I belive under the Affliction promotion) in July. On Penn/Sherk, i'd agree with you but it seems that Sherk's only offense is to wear on you for 5 rounds because his cardio/strength is damn good. Now if it were to wear on you for 2 rounds, and then go for the kill i'd say BJ is in trouble. I'm glad to see Fedor actually fighting someone of importance, will Sylvia be able to hang with Fedor?

Bisping looked really good at 185, I would definitely set up his next fight to be against Rich Franklin. UFC 84, does look good. If Jardine pulls out the victory he'd undoubtedly be the #1 contender at 205. I see Penn giving Sherk a nice beatdown, Sherk's game is to try and out grapple the man from whenever i've seen him. So hopefully BJ can make quick work of him.
