  1. I shudder to think how GOOD this team could actually be if just clicking at 75% on offense. It is my opinion that there may not be a better offensive team out there.
  2. Yes, lets go back to blaming Koch for everything, that seems to be the popular thing to do
  3. Damn....we gotta go to extras....Hawkins is downright nasty
  4. NIce....now lets win this freaking thing!!
  5. Down in order again.....goin to the 9th
  6. Yuck, we follow their inning up by an ALomar K, Alomar flyout, and Valentin K...come on bullpen!!
  7. Seems like all of our outfielders, regardless of who it is, play REAL deep all the time. Not sure what kind of strategy this is.
  8. No more damage done...lets get 1 or 2, and finish this off
  9. Yeah, I was just assuming that 2 IP was gonna be all for White, thats all we really should be asking him to go anyways.
  10. Excellent job by White...he may be getting it together at the right time, and they can let Wright go to the bullpen, see what Baltimore wants for Ponson...3 K's for White in 2 IP
  11. Top of 5th, Rick White in Koskie K's Hunter single(wicked hop away from Crede) Morneau Flyout Mohr K's
  12. I'd rather see White in there these days....he's been pretty solid, hopefully its gonna stay that way. Danny is pitching his way out of the rotation
  13. It's what he does, he is so good at it
  14. Wright cant seem to get ahead of anyone...his age old problem
  15. Lets hope we can just make Lohse throw lots of pitches,
  16. Well, when umps call one way...then the opposing Mgr comes out and they change their mind, you HAVE to go question and defend..it was right
  17. I agree....Ponson over Weaver ANYDAY!! I think Ponson, coupled with Buehrle, Garland, and Loaiza(we have the 2004 option correct?) are a damn strong top 4.
  18. Don't get to see post-game coverage in South Carolina...sorry. Whats best for the team, is best for all.
  19. We have to remember...there is an EXCELLENT chance that Alomar and Everett won't be around next year, so their long term "damage" to the clubhouse is minimal. I didn't want to lose Cotts, but no team is gonna give away a guy with switch-hitting power for someone like Blockhead Jimenez or Jon Rauch (who knows what his status is). I would rather have left Harris and Crash in CF, but since the move was made on good intentions for the team, I'm all for it.
  20. Seriously, EVerett has had no problems since Boston...even Mo said that Boston was a nightmare. Its amazing how we can dwell on the past concerning some players. KW is out making the moves necessary to make a run NOW, and people are upset that he is trading players that may very well NEVER see the big leagues. But when he doesnt do anything to improve the team, people b**** and moan about him standing pat......Sounds like Damned if he does, damned if he don't
