Not to bring down everyone's buzz, but he is getting these freakish number of walks right now because opposing pitchers know that Konerko can't hurt them. He has no protection and is getting the bat taken out of his hand.

I like Mack so much more in LF. Putting him in CF last year was a joke.

Ozzie made the right move to put BA in LF as a defensive replacement. Moving Erstad to LF and Anderston to CF would create a situation with 2 people playing an inning in a new position. I liked the move Ozzie made. On a side note, BA should be starting in CF to begin with.

I have no data to support this but i seem to recall his fastball being disapointingly slow in the first month last year. It seemed to improve slowly over that first month and reach top form in mid-May. Could be making this up. Thats what i remember though.

its a joke that BA wasnt in the game with a 1-0 lead late. BA makes that catch and it wouldnt even make sportscenter, it would have looked routine. Now i have to watch that ball hitting Pods in the head on "blooper shows" during rain delays for the next 30 years. great.

At least he didnt screw us too bad in the first inning. He got in alot of trouble in the first inning last year. I cant complain about the grady sizemore bomb, that dude can flat out play.

Liking or disliking an announcer is incredibly subjective experience. I personally think they are both irritating morons and refuse to listen to them, i mute the tv and listen to 670.

Hawk and DJ are my least favorite thing about the White Sox. Everything out of their mouths makes me want to retch.
