Pedro may give less fucks about defense than Tony. There is no reason for Sheets to be in RF, none, unless Colas is hurt. Why does Colas sit for Sheets? Romy should be in there for defense over Hanser. Starting to wonder more and more about Pedro.

It's baffling how this offense just goes dormant and pitching losses it. Burger was too high a pick to be so bad v RHP. Such a wasted pick.

2-4 weeks is fine. Every team has injuries and neither the Sox have sustained are season changing. Last year Eloy and Anderson would have stayed on the roster and Seby would have somehow been at 1B with Vaughn in LF and Kelly would be day-today and Lopez would end up pitching three innings one day. Silver lining is SS defense should be better, Sosa lights it up ending the Hanser experience....that's if Pedro plays Sosa.

For 10 days Hanser, Burger and Romy can hold down the infield if Tim or Moncada are out or day to day. They need another outfielder. This feels like Andrus or Hanser should be gone after this or the injury is much longer.

This is a pathetic game. Question is do Sox lose 5-4 in extras or 9-4 after bullpen implodes?

I spoke ill will of Hanser earlier. He just missed it last time up.

Why is he playing 3B over Romy? Both suck but one has sucked for less time and may be better.

New season but same story. Poorly constructed bullpen that has no inning eater and apparently nobody that can go back to back days. Both Lynn and Kopech should have been pulled much earlier then they were and them bullpen was pathetic. Offense can hit but cannot sustain a rally or hit for power. Grifol seems outclassed and not sure what Katz is doing.
