NSS, I agree with that 100%. My biggest concern with this bill is that I really don't buy their cost-saving explanations for how they will pay for it. I wish the opposition would focus on more substantive criticisms like that than ZOMG DEATH PANEL crap.

Ok, fair enough. I just want to make it clear that I was honestly not trying to disparage or belittle the protests when I posted that article. It seems like a pretty basic re-telling of a couple of facts about what was going on.

fake naivety on my part. Most people have literally no understanding of Marxism, communism, socialism, nazism, Stalinism, 20/19/18/17th etc century history, capitalism/ modern economics or most other crap politicians emotionally play games with. "More czars than the USSR!" :facepalm: I recently had someone try to argue to me that the October Revolution put Marx into power with a socialist system first and then Lenin came along a while latter to install communism (socialism->communism slippery slope). :facepalm:

So I guess goggle is in on the librul conspiracy.

I love the juxtaposition of "Marxist czars." Its almost as if most people have virtually no understanding of Marxism, communism, socialism or 20th century history in general.

Read it, it is pretty neutral. I grabbed it because that's what was on google news (my home page).
