I think the argument is that the cover-up was done to protect the reputation of PSU. With no cover-up, their reputation is damaged and their recruiting abilities are lessened.

Wouldn't it be illegal to fire an employee who reported you to the NLRB/whoever handles that stuff for illegally withholding wages? edit: like G&T said, it depends on your classification. If you're salary-exempt, you get paid a set wage regardless of hours worked. But it's not legal to classify anyone and everyone as salary-exempt.

And to answer a few responses...you can say CCW people in the crowd wouldn't have made a difference or made things worse...but I don't see it that way. And yes he was covered in Kevlar...but being a novice you're still vulnerable. We'll never know...but I can't imagine that situation. And btw...in Arizona you don't need a CCW permit for concealed carry. I just find it odd that something like this happens with all the stink about the UN Arms Treaty talk going on right now (which is gonna cause a HUGE stink soon)...kind of a CIA "false flag" scenario IMO...like a healthy Andrew Breitbart dropping dead of natural causes at 43 (who said he had bad video of Barry)...and I'll stop now with my other theories. I've only ever heard of complaints about those 100 round mags. And his jammed.

My old polling place was about 200 ft from the entrance to our condo building. Now it's about 4 blocks. Public transportation or something like a church-organized bus ride to polling places doesn't require any ID. However, Republicans have conveniently shut down early voting on Sundays in some states, which is a big time for voting drives among African American church-goers. Total coincidence, though, I'm sure.

They get by now without it.
