IMO, you need to drop JM first. When a new manager comes in the players are going to wake up and try to play for the guy. Especially if the new mgr is a ball breaker.
It may be a little much, but all three need to go, so why not just make it a nice statement to the rest of the team.
If they don't improve after the 3 "problems" are gone, then they are the next to go.
I think Billy Koch said it best. We pay ridiculous amounts of money to pay these guys to perform well. I can buy 12 beers and eat 8 hot dogs while I sit on the couch and watch the game for about $10-12. I go to the game and drink 6 beers and eat 2 hot dogs for $40, not to mention the $25 you drop on the ticket and the $3.00 for the round trip EL ride.
Garland needs to wake up and realize that he should be kissing our asses not the other way around!
