Won myself $350 last night at the tables, spare change compared to the $4,600 the kid next to me made. Still, that helps me get to Arlington or at least Edison in August.

It sucks ass that my friends U.S. dish is zapped and I can't get Comedy Central, or the Cartnoon network U.S. Though the Canadian ones show Family Guy daily on weekdays. Dude I saw a HILLARIOUS one last night where Peter gets fired because his boss choked on a dinner roll. Remember that one? The lawyer played the tape of his boss' will and in the beginning of the tape was him in his underwear and his gay lover was filming him and they were flirting. LMAO! Then Peter decides to quit and not joust at the renaissance fair a and Lois says, "But Peter your big meet is tomorrow." Peter - "Whoa! Whoa! Did you just say, 'big meat?'" and they both laugh. Gawd man that's what I loved about the show. It had BALLS!

Ok 3 people had Frank that night. Myself, abozichiu and ElRockinT. I could care less either way, but the fact remains it should never have been changed (the contest) and about 95% of the folks in here stuck with hitters throughout the week. Then there's Johnny with his pattented COLON COLON COLON BUEHRLE BUEHRLE BUEHRLE And today GARLAND GARLAND GARLAND Just like WSI. So weak.

I am not going to take away wins from anyone. We were all playing by the same rules, and it was only three games. But from now on forward NO PITCHERS! Ummm...never said you should take away points. Just that you had noted who came in second like you always do when Colon got a PTC win on Tuesday, so what I asked was how about awarding those that had EITHER Colon or Frank that night gets credited. I'm not saying it to get awarded a point because I happened to be one that had Frank that night (I know I'll catch up anyways), but if you read some of the posts from people participating this week, a lot have stated when making their selections that it's not the same PTC when picking pitchers and that's why the majority of peeps in here stuckk with hitters. I bet you at least 4 or 5 folks had Frank that night, with Johnny (as usual) the only one with Colon. See my point?

Godspeed! So do we revise the PTC's from this past week? I mean, Bartolo was credited with a PTC win on Tuesday, but Frank was second. How about giving those who had Colon AND Frank PTC points. It's only fair.

See I knew there was a reason Johnny wanted pitchers so badly added to this contest. He's gonna pick them every time because they have a greater chance of winning then hitters do, even on an average outing. That;s also why he's winning the contest over on WSI also. BAN THE PITCHERS FROM THE CONTEST! It's weak, and not a real PTC.

I don't have much, but two autographed pictures of icons in my life. One is a 1992 Bulls playoff program with Pippen on the cover, going in for a layup against Ron Harper. My boss from True-Value in Berwyn used to be an usher at the Stadium for Bulls and Hawks games, and got Scottie to autograph the program for me, with my name on it. The other is an 8x10 black and white photo of Bernie Mac autographed with my name on it again. Bernie goes to as many basketball games as he can of his nephew's in Chicago (the one portrayed in the tv show). It so happens that my two nephews work the scorer's tables for all the games, and my brother met Bernie and chats with him at the games. What a down-to-earth brotha that man is. He walks in with no body guards or anything and just blends in. He told my brother when he asked for the autographed photo one week that he would personally bring it the following week. Turns out he was filming unexpectedly that week in LA, but still remembered the request from my brother and gave the photo to his wife to present to my brother. Talk about class.

Right now that's a HUGE if. Never in my wildest dreams Mark would have this type of negative streak where everything is going downhill, including ERA where he usually ranked in top 5 or 10 in AL. I just think he's getting "figured out" by opposing teams, and that's not good.

...even more now, since espn has added their message boards to the list or Orbitz pop-up ad spamming. Another reason is my internet at work has a firewall, and for some reason this site is not listed under "sports" where I would get a "block page" screen every minute and have to keep clicking continue to get to where I want to go. Strangely, WSI is the opposite. Weird. Once again, kudos to the staff on keeping up on this great site full of good folks and forums.
