I have weekend season tickets and sit in the upper deck row 5 down the first base line. The view of the field is good and I can see into the Sox dugout ( JM did NOT sleep during games last year). My only complaint sometimes is that I can't judge the strike zone as well if I was sitting right behind home plate.

After the White Sox, my next favorite team is the Oaklnad A's becaue of their awesome starting pitching. I also root for the Cardinals in the NL because of Tony Larussa.

So why do you dislike Illini fans?

Well last year, ticket prices were the same for weekend, weekday and this year there's $5 added to weekend games and $5 added to each Cub/Sox game. The Sox are doing what the Cubs, Yankees and several other teams by charging more for the most popular dates. Although some of the upper deck seats are now cheaper than they were last year.

You have got to be kidding me, Hernandez and Mays are aces? May has won 11 games over 3 seasons, Hernandez has won 9 games over 2 seasons and Mark Buehrle has won 48 games over 3 seasons. Mark Buehrle is a much better pitcher than both these guys. And why are you a Sox fan if you don't like Buherle, Crede, Olivo, Rowand etc.?

I have been a Sox fan for lots of years (about 30) and the last year was the first time I bought a players jersey. Its the pinstripe Konerko jersey and its been lucky, the 7 or 8 games I wore it to last year the Sox won. This year it has not been as lucky although I wore it to the Saturday Cubs game and the 2 games in Los Angeles that we won.

Well if the Sox had kept Biddle and Foulke, does anyone here think that JM would let either of them close games? No way

Don't you all get tired of being negative about the Sox??? We won the game!!!! Marte and Koch did their job like they were supposed to today. No closer is perfect even Eric Gagne blew a save yesterday.

Konerko has only struck out 23 times this year.

I am a new split season ticket holder this year, My regular seats are in Section 527 and my all-star tickets are in Section 520 row 8. Not bad, I thought I was going to get tickets in the top rows.

You should read this week's SI where the Sox are ranked 15th in baseball and the Scrubs are ranked 14th! What is SI smoking???

McGriff couldn't hit in April and May cause it was too cold at Wrigley, so who the hell wants him on the Southside???? And does anyone care if he hits 500 homers, I don't.
