Borchard, E Lo, Diaz for Nomar, Lowe, Youklis that sounds pretty good, and we wouldnt be giving them the farm

All I know is, its not gonna be pretty if we fall too many more games back... And I KNOW that its just 4 games.... but we are down Maggs, Frank, and maybe even Everett... If we had a full season, with a healthy Frank, Maggs, and Carl... This wouldnt be happening.. All this means now is we have to play THAT much better, and it is possible.. but I think we need to add something...

When my family went to New York for vacation we stayed in the Trump Hotel... we got there at like 1 AM and when we were standing in the Lobby Adam Sandler walked in the door of the hotel, walked past me, patted me on the back and said "Whats up Buddy".. I dont think we should get rid of our minor league studs for THIS year... We need to play with what we have because we could be REAL good soon with what we have in the minors... We can still win this division this year without going trade crazy for players... We have a very good minor league system, and we have some studs that could be huge for us soon... I just dont wanna see them all go for THIS year... Maggs and Frank hurt... but we have to play through it

If Morneau was so good why wouldnt he be playing instead of Mientkiewicz in the first place? I dont know how you can say they get better at 1st base by losing a starter and having to play the back up.. He wont be a stud this year.. And Benson hasnt really impressed in the NL what makes you think he is gonna dominate in the AL!.. Theres a ton of baseball left, no worries

I will admit he has made some dumb personel moves, but again the team has failed late in the season every year... i wouldnt put all the blame on him for that Miami beats Houston in game 1 last year, they are in the playoffs.... Wannstedt didnt lose that game, the players didnt show up to play a 2nd year team... pathetic
