ISU never, ever calls stuff off.

Thundersnow is a thunderstorm that spits out snow, with lightning and the bit. I'm guessing thundersleet is up the same alley. No lightning here, yet...it started off freezing rain, then sleet, then snow, now I can hear it sleeting and see it snow.

What in the f*** is thundersleet?

Des Moines sports radio reporting that Phillip Fulmer has shown serious interest in the Iowa State opening. That'd be weird.

Here, .125 to 1 inch of ice, 3-12 inches of snow. Kind of a wide swath. But, the forecast also includes thundersnow, which I've only experienced once, during a blizzard. Thundersnow is freaky s***.

Gill reportedly tells ISU thanks but no thanks. Patterson has to be our primary target until he says no.

Some insider info says that after ISU contacted TCU head coach Gary Patterson, he showed legitimate interest. Hard to believe, but that'd be just about the coup of the century.

Turner Gill has agreed to speak with the ISU AD.

Chizik DID interview for Auburn and is considered a "serious candidate."

An Auburn site is reporting that Chizik has interviewed for the Auburn job. Weird.

I realize this is highly dependent on who we get, too, but I don't think I'd mind keeping him at second and trying to acquire a SS or, if Lillibridge impresses, let him start there.
