eh, i got arested before i had the chance... i was almost there, but damn, they got me before i even got in the park see, what i was going to do, was take a huge smoke bomb and then run onto the field and into the visitors dugout, then set off the smoke bomb... then run out onto the field with a sign that said "go sox! www.soxtalk.com - smoke the competition out!" but i couldnt get the ingredints for the smoke bomb throught the gates, and it turns out that sulfate cabonite is illegal in arizona i just spent 5 days in state prision there fun well, honestly, i just got home 3 days ago and ive been super pooped out and havent made the time to update once i get my camera working, ill post a cool write up with pictures peace -t

this s*** worries me: Jesse Crain, RP, Twins Crain won't notch many saves in his first full season in the majors, but he's arguably the best relief prospect in the game. In 162 career minor league innings, Crain has struck out 207 and walked only 53. Most impressively, he's coughed up only five homers over that span. He's a classic power reliever, with a mid-90s fastball and late-breaking slider. He'll be setting up Joe Nathan for this year, but don't be surprised if he's racking up saves for the Twins in future seasons. Long-term grade: A-

im thinkin about goin to arizona tonight for sunday and mondays games.... id have to leave on monday night so i dont know if the total of 12 hours of driving in a 48 hour period is worth it what do u guys who have been to spring training think about this?

i think that contreras might take a look at this outting and think something like: "hey, it worked... i did what they have been asking and it was pretty good! if i keep working at these things like throwing more fastballs to set up my out pitches, mixing it up from time to time, and trying to go after hitters more in effort to be agressive and lower my pitch count... i might just be able to live up to my potential now!" but then again, he dosent seem to be the smartest guy... and looks like a primitave monkey... so he probably thought: "YAHY! fun me do good fun!"

i hope we take Walkre north and send cotts down to AAto start getting streched ou to be a starter, he has some good stuff.... he also could use some work developing another pitch. ive been more impressed with walker
