  1. So what strategy involves "hit the first guy in the shin then hit the second guy in the head"?
  2. Kelly is gonna give up some runs here.
  3. If Reylo paid ANY attention there he would've picked him off, or just hold the ball longer. Sheesh. Work with these guys on holding runners.
  4. It's so frustrating to see a guy in a position to do some damage get overaggressive and swing at borderline pitches early in the count. Look for a location and drive it - that location is NOT 4 inches off the plate.
  5. Eloy that was SUCH a shitty pitch to swing at. Jeeez-US.
  6. I am tired of seeing hittable pitches fouled off to the right because people are trying to go the other way
  7. Just start the Sox with bases loaded every inning and they'll score 0 runs a game
  8. I still don't understand why Cease didn't start this game, unless he's going tomorrow.
  9. Would sure be nice to not see Pollock pop up on a high fastball, but alas.
  10. Grandal is what can ya do. Contract made sense at the time. Other three is just terrible roster construction.
  11. I'd bet this team could not swing first pitch ever and have a 1-0 count like 2/3rds of the time.
  12. The Harrison magic he had going for a little while there is wearing off.
  13. You have to hope Colas continues raking and is brought up in the first couple months, otherwise your option is Conforto. Judge is a pipedream.
  14. Should've gone with another high fastball on Kwan, but he probably would've popped it down the left field line for a double.
  15. Lopez has some blame here for blowing the lead then losing concentration on the next hitter, but you can't expect to score 2 runs in the first and hold a team below that for an entire game.
  16. Hard when it's the same lack of offense, missed scoring opportunities and having to hold a small lead all game.
  17. This is what happens when you have a pitcher on the ropes and let him off.
