195 has been my max recently. I weight 140 right now. Strong pound for pound is not just how much you bench. I only bench once a week.
Oh, I know, you said you wrestle right? Its hard to judge strength without actually meeting a person but this benching is a pretty good indicator of upper body strength. But I do have you beat in lifting. My all time max is 215 and I weigh 135.
There is a huge difference. Yeah I wrestle here. I do not spend a great deal of time on the bench. There is no need. If I was not sucking weight, I normally weight 155ish, and was taking proteins and other stuff right now, it probably would be more. They had us take a strength test here, and it was bench and a pull machine I had never seen before. It was basically a seated row and a low row put together.
