  1. I love to give the Peter Man shit for being bad, but the two picks weren't his fault. He hasn't been awful, not they are throwing the ball downfield or anything.
  2. Panarin for Saad was a cap move for 2019-2021, when their stars will be older and slower and badder. That's on Bowman, he freaked out about the future when the time to win is now.
  3. Mack and Robinson officially inactive. Kevin White a healthy scratch.
  4. Paco! I chose Paco as my name in Spanish class all because of good old Norberto Martin.
  5. I imagine he really wants to play because the game is in Buffalo, but one more week off would be ideal, with the stretch of 3 division games in 10 days coming up.
  6. Luckily, this weeks shit show was in the Western time zone, so I was asleep for most of it
  7. General Fatigue, the long lost cousin of our old friend General Soreness from the basketball world.
  8. Nick Mullens, 2017 undrafted, 151.9 career QB rating Mitchell Trubisky, 2017 #2 overall, 86.1 career QB rating Ryan Pace - Fail @soxfan49 (maybe I'm trolling just a little bit 😄)

  10. 100% agree. And there is zero evidence showing us that Jerry Reinsdorf would make the biggest offer.
  11. This post may be directed at me, but overall I am very happy with Mitch so far. But every game he misses some wide open throws and those cant be ignored. He needs to fix those up first, but he is showing progress. Also, the game has changed so much, it hard to compare current guys to the past, Mahomes current numbers would make him the best QB ever. And Stafford could throw for the most yards ever, yet hes just another guy.
  12. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/play-index/psl_finder.cgi?request=1&match=combined&year_min=1980&year_max=2018&season_start=1&season_end=-1&pos[]=qb&draft_year_min=1936&draft_year_max=2018&draft_slot_min=1&draft_slot_max=500&draft_pick_in_round=pick_overall&conference=any&draft_pos[]=qb&draft_pos[]=rb&draft_pos[]=wr&draft_pos[]=te&draft_pos[]=e&draft_pos[]=t&draft_pos[]=g&draft_pos[]=c&draft_pos[]=ol&draft_pos[]=dt&draft_pos[]=de&draft_pos[]=dl&draft_pos[]=ilb&draft_pos[]=olb&draft_pos[]=lb&draft_pos[]=cb&draft_pos[]=s&draft_pos[]=db&draft_pos[]=k&draft_pos[]=p&c1stat=pass_att&c1comp=gt&c1val=75&c5val=1.0&order_by=pass_rating&order_by_asc=Y I know QB rating is a flawed stat, but since 1980, of all the QBs who have thrown at least 75 pass attempts, Nathan Peterman has the 4th worst QB rating, just ahead of our old southpaw friend Will Furrer. (Caleb Hanie's 10th) Osweiler's career QB rating is 78.3, Peterman stands at 31.4.
  13. I don't care if Mack, Roquan, and Floyd can't play on Sunday. There is zero excuse to lose this game, Peterman is just so so bad.
  14. Packers trade Montgomery to Baltimore for a 7th rounder
  15. Makes the Cowboys look even worse for giving up a 1st rounder for Amari
  16. What's crazy is that their defense is good, top 10, potential to be top 5 even. But it doesn't matter because that offense is so dreadful. It's way worse than the old Bears teams under Lovie. This was a playoff team last year. Tyrod Taylor isn't a great QB by any stretch, but they just got rid of him with no plan B. Peterman might be the worst QB in NFL history, and Allen was a project, so he was never supposed to start this early.
  17. I dont understand it today either, it was a long Bears day, ha. Freese and Pearce are both good lefty mashers, just crazy to see them in such prominent lineups spots in the World Series in 2018, but that's baseball today.
  18. This is kind of crazy about Ty Montgomery running out the kickoff.
  19. Like lostfan said, I don't think completion percentage is a fully accurate gauge, especially with how many short passes they throw in Nagy's offense. Every game, Mitch goes through a stretch where he just flat out misses a few open receivers. It happened in the first half yesterday, and you can't just blame those on the wind. It hasn't really turned into interceptions, though I don't know if that's just good luck or the manner in which he misses the throws. He needs to shore those up, when it's a close game, that one big play he misses could be the difference.
  20. The difference between him and our old friends Rex/Jay is that his misses aren't automatic interceptions. He still has major accuracy problems, which were very apparent in the first half, but his misses are usually unwatchable by everybody. The running aspect of his game is huge, but I'm concerned Nagy will get too dependent on it, he can get hurt easily.
  21. He may have cost the Dodgers at least one, if not two World Series titles.
  22. That was ugly, but they took care of business, a win is a win. Take care of the Bills, get to 5-3, then the fun starts with 3 divisional games in 12 days. Go Rams and Saints!
  23. Agreed. Not to mention, when he just drops into coverage over and over again, hes not making any impact anyway. You might be better served with a healthy guy in his spot, even if they are less talented.
