  1. It wasn't a homer, but I'll take it!
  2. I'd laugh my ass off if Conor hits a homer.
  3. QUOTE (pettie4sox @ Oct 10, 2016 -> 11:48 PM) Damn maddon this is ballsy. It's the right move. Why not go to your best reliever in a high leverage situation like this? Especially with a guy like Chapman who definitely has the stamina to go 2.
  4. Chapman gonna have to get 6 outs.
  5. Looks like Maddon might have a tough decision to make here soon.
  6. So if you're Maddon, do you let Chapman get a 4-5 out save?
  7. QUOTE (shysocks @ Oct 10, 2016 -> 10:07 PM) http://www.newsweek.com/vladimir-putin-sid...-sputnik-508635 Why is Russia trying so hard to get Trump elected? This is an outrage. That's the worst thing about the Trump campaign. It's not only dishonest, it's manipulative. I've seen bogus click-bait articles about how Wikileaks had a email of Clinton telling Podesta that she thought black people were lazy and bound to fail. Yeah that wasn't the case, as the email wasn't sent by Clinton and for some reason was sent to certain people at Politico (WTF?). But the Trump supporters who read those articles eat that s*** up without even thinking twice. It's just sad. Social media has basically ruined politics and contributed to the great divide we have in politics. The nuts on both sides of the aisle go to their safe spaces, read bulls***, don't think about it, share it, and then their friends read about it and they get mad together. Or they argue and stop being friends on Facebook because of it. It's awful. As bad as Cable News was for politics, at least there is some sort of control for the quality of content (even Fox News...). On the internet, you can post complete and utter bulls*** and convince at least a few people that what you spew is true.
  8. On paper, you'd think the Indians wouldn't have a shot given all the injuries they had in their rotation. I'm not sure how they won all 3 games throwing Bauer and Tomlin out there.
  9. Span might have to win this game for the Giants. Cause only he and Posey are hitting.
  10. Giants best shot is against Strop.
  11. QUOTE (Deadpool @ Oct 10, 2016 -> 11:04 PM) We've had our disagreements about Cubs and White Sox issues, but There's no way any self-respecting White Sox fans should support a drug cheat. Arguably one of the best parts of the White Sox is their noted history of being anti-PED usage. In fact, that 2005 team only had one suspected steroid user (Ozuna) Don't forget Timo Perez.
  12. Replay officials in New York are tired of Even Year Bulls***.
  13. lol the replay official is clearly blind.
  14. Holy s*** the fix is on. How is that an out?
  15. His foot's off the bag.
  16. Baez has some range at 2B.
  17. Watching the Giants pitch to Arrieta like he's f***ing Barry Bonds was frustrating. Don't throw him fastballs...
  18. Cubs pitchers have driven in more than half of their runs this series.
  19. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Oct 10, 2016 -> 03:12 PM) Does Trump not realize his supporters brigade the s*** out of these awful polls? I have to know...who the hell are the 7% of people on Breitbart who thought Hillary won the debate? Breitbart is basically Trump headquarters.
  20. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Oct 10, 2016 -> 01:32 PM) NowCast has Hillary at 87.7% chance of winning. That's... high. It was also pretty damn high after the convention. There's still a month till the election. I'd only worry about the numbers after the final debate.
  21. QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Oct 10, 2016 -> 10:05 AM) Eh, I think he would have a lot of Johnson type moments. I mean he pretty much brushed aside questions about foreign policy when running with lines like "Syria and ISIS are important, and we'll get to those, but what about Wall St?" I think he would have struggled with those topics and that would be hard to overcome especially when you have a fear monger opposite him. That's assuming his opponent knows about foreign policy...in this case, he doesn't.
  22. QUOTE (greg775 @ Oct 9, 2016 -> 11:08 PM) He did. He had the line everybody should and will remember. The jail line was priceless. I thought that part of the debate was hilarious. But you have to remember that this is an election, not a f***ing reality TV show. Donald Trump has no f***ing idea about policy whatsoever. He thinks Hillary Clinton could have closed tax loopholes as a lone senator from NY. And the topic at hand was about his tax returns in 1995, when Clinton was still first lady. I get that people like blame Hillary for everything, but that timeline makes no sense.
  23. QUOTE (CaliSoxFanViaSWside @ Oct 9, 2016 -> 10:08 PM) Mr. Odor just got a lesson in karma. What goes around comes around. lol yup. It would have been better if Bautista had hit that ball though.
  24. Rangers defense abandons them again. Just like in game 5 last year.
