  1. QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ May 16, 2015 -> 11:25 PM) 4 games in a row. 4 series in a row. Hope Shark wants to show his old team up tomorrow for trading him. Keep this s*** up! Games like tomorrow's is the reason why we got Shark. He needs to come up big with a good start. Not s*** the bed like he did in Milwaukee.
  2. QUOTE (Alexeihyeess @ May 16, 2015 -> 11:14 PM) WE WON A SERIES IN OAKLAND When's the last time that's happened? And both one run games too. You'd think something bad would have happened in those games for us to lose.
  3. QUOTE (iamshack @ May 16, 2015 -> 11:14 PM) A's are 1-13 in 1-run games. 1-14 now You were right. It's 1-13. http://www.cbssports.com/mlb/standings/expanded
  4. Oakland's 1-14 in 1 run games.
  5. Ova! 4 series wins in a row! I'm a bit concerned with Robertson though. If he can't fire that cutter at around 93 for a strike on the corners, nobody's going to swing at his knuckle curve. He doesn't have a wipeout pitch right now.
  6. QUOTE (fathom @ May 16, 2015 -> 11:11 PM) Ask Noah about his shooting vs Cavs Some of those shots were so bad that I thought I could have made them.
  7. QUOTE (Soxfest @ May 16, 2015 -> 11:08 PM) The Coco is Crisped! It's hard to imagine going 2 for 40.
  8. QUOTE (iamshack @ May 16, 2015 -> 11:05 PM) What is he hitting with men in scoring position though? Seems like he's the rallykiller quite often. It's .361 with RISP. He's only hitting around .230 in those situations, so he's not getting a ton of hits to drive runs in.
  9. QUOTE (iamshack @ May 16, 2015 -> 11:03 PM) So LaRoche is going to start hitting in July or so, right? .370 OBP. If this is him in a slump, I'll take it. He's always been a second half hitter.
  10. No need to provoke s*** by hitting guys on purpose to make a statement. The series is almost over. Get over it. Nobody's hurt.
  11. QUOTE (fathom @ May 16, 2015 -> 10:59 PM) Has been for about last 10 days. Needs to spot it well in the 9th. Seems like that cutter is about 1 MPH off from what it was before.
  12. Ow, that got Jose right on the knee cap. Or maybe just above it on the thigh.
  13. QUOTE (iamshack @ May 16, 2015 -> 10:58 PM) What are they showing on the Chicago broadcast? The Oakland gun was showing him at 90, but it was also only showing Danksy around 86-88, so I figured it might be a bit on the slow side. He was at 90 and 91 on the two that I saw.
  14. Robertson's fastball velocity seemed a bit low in that sequence to Lowrie.
  15. Robertson got away with a hanger.
  16. QUOTE (The Ginger Kid @ May 16, 2015 -> 10:49 PM) Duke, Jennings and Petricka need to get better Duke's going through a really bad stretch right now. He looked great to start the season.
  17. Here comes Robocop.
  18. Do you go to Robertson now?
  19. That ball looked like a routine grounder.

    Binged Sherlock the past 3 days. I don't think I've ever seen a TV show that only has 3 episodes per season and each episode is the length of a movie. It's odd for me, since I usually don't watch British TV. Great show though. The writers do a great job of creating mystery and intrigue.
  21. Sanchez can't hit, but he's got a hell of a glove!
  22. Duke should get to face the lefty and then bring in a righty for Butler.
  23. Here comes trouble. Duke looked shaky last night and he's shaky again tonight.
