  1. Damn Marshall absolutely owned Haden.
  2. This game has loss written all over it.
  3. Maybe Alshon saved Trestman from himself.
  4. Just take the 3 points. Come on.
  5. QUOTE (fathom @ Dec 15, 2013 -> 01:00 PM) Wow Michael Wilbon ‏@RealMikeWilbon 2m One more series for Cutler to show he can win this game...if not get him out...Trestman, at this moment, looks like he should be in CFL. Talk about overreaction.
  6. Ok we need McCown back.
  7. Why the Browns didn't run on 3rd and 1 is beyond me.
  8. That was a very ugly series.
  9. QUOTE (fathom @ Dec 15, 2013 -> 12:43 PM) The INT was a bad decision/throw. Considering how wide open the receivers are getting, there's no need to force that. Yeah that was the bad decision so far. Everything else has been fine.
  10. QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Dec 15, 2013 -> 12:42 PM) What in the world was that pass Saw that one coming right after it left his hand. Cameron had no business catching any pass in that coverage.
  11. Cutler's done fine so far and he's made a couple of fairly challenging throws under pressure.
  12. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Dec 13, 2013 -> 11:40 AM) I thought he was decent? Last two seasons, lefties had OPS of .665 & .650 against. I'm not justifying the contract, but I remember thinking he wasn't that bad. He's not bad, he's just not that good.
  13. I had 30 points between Decker, Allen, and Rivers at half last night. I ended the night with 35. The Chargers just had way too much TOP in the game. My opponent had Ryan Matthews too...so it's not looking good for me.
  14. QUOTE (Dick Allen @ Dec 13, 2013 -> 09:18 AM) Boone Logan 3 years $16.5 million from Colorado. He pitches about 40 innings a year. That is $137,500 per inning for Boone Logan. Good work if you can get it. That's a ton of money for a LOOGY who isn't even that good.
  15. A bunch of Chromecast apps just came out today, including Plex, which allows you to stream media from your computer (or your media server). It definitely makes my Chromecast purchase more worthwhile.
  16. QUOTE (Jake @ Dec 10, 2013 -> 11:21 AM) FWIW, UZR is not very helpful over a 60 game span. Borderline useless, really. When it's -11.2 in 66 games, it's pretty telling. DRS also disliked him at -5. It doesn't mean he's never going to be a good outfielder again, it's a red flag though.
  17. QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Dec 10, 2013 -> 11:20 AM) I think he had a nagging injury last year didn't he? He got hurt early in the year and he didn't look like the same guy from 2012 afterwards. Very discouraging IMO. Especially for a speed guy like him.
  18. Eaton didn't do anything well last year. In fact, UZR hated his defense when he only played 60 games. Last season certainly isn't encouraging, but if you told me we could get Eaton last year for Santiago, I would have been pretty happy about it. I think we should get more than Eaton for Santiago.
  19. QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Dec 9, 2013 -> 11:45 PM) Don't worry, ESPN and idiots on twitter are all over Romo, saying he choked somehow, saying how bad he sucks in December, ignoring how bad his defense is the fact that since 2009 he has 30 TD and 5 INT in December. Romo is probably the most underrated QB in football when you factor in how bad he is hated and treated for no reason. He gets credit for nothing, blame for everything. Romo didn't play well tonight. There were throws he should have made to keep the Cowboys at least in the game. Instead, they had a few crucial three and outs that shouldn't have happened. All the Cowboys had to do was run with DeMarco Murray all night and this game would have been a hell of a lot closer. Instead, they chose to throw the ball too many times on crucial downs. That said, you can't blame Romo for this loss. He could have played like Peyton Manning and they still would have lost because of the defense.

This would have been an awful deal. Good thing it wasn't true.
  21. The Bears scored on every possession tonight except the last one (on-side kick). Pretty amazing.
  22. The Cowboys sitting their starters in garbage time decided who I'll play next week.
