  1. Me if this happens
  2. They'd probably be a lot closer to first if they didn't trade away Iglesias. Now they're buying bullpen pieces at the deadline.
  3. Givens' home/road splits are insane. I wonder what it cost the Reds to get him.
  4. I'm following on At Bat and they have Lopez still pitching. I came on here to complain only to see this lmao.
  5. Ugh Goodwin...
  6. Have you seen us hit recently? That's definitely us.
  7. Toro to the Nationals? Haha
  8. Toro is nothing special, but then again Graveman is a rental. Still, this move is completely tone deaf by Dipoto.
  9. Hey I said it was crazy.
  10. Wow, they get that win last night and then they do this? Holy shit that FO is gonna get destroyed.
  11. Madrigal and Cease have a lot of value given they both have a bunch of control left. It'd basically be an all-in type move for the Sox. You'd basically be saying we're going all-in in 2021 and 2022.
  12. Here's something crazy... Scherzer, Turner, and Daniel Hudson for Madrigal, Cease, and Burger.
  13. Let's hope none of our guys test positive seeing how we just played them.
  14. He and Garrett have a history. Garrett basically instigated a fight with him earlier this year. Still, you don't gotta do what he did to make it worse.
  15. I knew we'd be in for an annoying time when I saw Soler homer'd twice on Sunday.
  16. Cubs are getting a lot of guys with good raw power and patience. Both Ball and Deichmann have 70 grade raw power and good walk rates in the minors.
  17. Buxton didn't run well in his rehab either and his injury wasn't as severe.
  18. Probably Escobar and a reliever.
  19. He started his rehab 2 weeks after Eloy, so it makes sense that August 6th would be a possible return date. I think there's a real good chance he's back before the Field of Dreams game unless there's a setback.
  20. His numbers vs. righties this year are actually pretty close to his career norms. It's definitely the lefties that have hurt him. This whole game kind of hinged on that double he gave up to Dyson. If he gets Dyson like he should have, they don't score the third run and there's a chance he doesn't face Benintendi in the 6th. What's even worse is that he basically got Dyson to pop out to RF, but with KC's weird ass OF, the ball ended up barely going into the stands when it would have been an out in just about every other ballpark.
  21. Abreu dogs it too. In a 162 game season, do you really want to see guys go balls to the wall and run out every grounder, even when there's almost no chance to be safe? Look at what happened to Robert and Madrigal. Do you want the rest of the team to suffer the same fate they did? It's one thing if they dog it with the game on the line, it's another if it's a routine grounder in the 1st inning. Yeah Tim did think he hit a homer in the 5th, but he was still safe at 2nd, was he not?
  22. Yeah I'm not saying we'd make that trade, cause it wouldn't make a whole lot of sense for us. If we want a big piece, we need to talk about Crochet, Kopech, and Vaughn, that's just the reality of it when we don't have any blue chip prospects not at the ML level.
