This might cost him the Cy Young.

Timmons was the HP ump tonight. That must have been a little awkward.

We'd be half a game back of Houston had Tampa Bay not blown the game last night.

Pack ya bags Mike Wright. If Tepera gets activated Friday he's the most likely to go.

I really don't get it. If Crochet was available why not just throw him? Why even bother with Wright if you don't trust him to get one more out with a 5 run lead?

To a guy who's probably gone in 3 days? I don't get it.

Wow TLR is really pulling him in the 9th with 2 outs.

Leave it to Mike Wright to ruin the shutout.

If we're gonna save Kopech for a Rodon start we're gonna need Tepera back badly. Hopefully he gets activated for these last 3 games.

Yoan hit .076 last year in the postseason but he was hitting liners right at people. Canha also robbed him of a huge double.

You can say the same for most of the righties in this lineup.

Oh neat, another 6 run lead for him to try and blow.

Forgettable night at the plate for Eloy

Nice turn Yoan

Crazy to think the only hit the Reds have is that liner that went out of Luis' glove.

Got him with 100 right down the middle.

Is it just me or is TA fielding some of these ground balls weirdly?

Tim Timmons is the HP ump tonight. The ump that TA apparently made contact with.

All this for a cool $3 million.

Yeah this was basically their B lineup. No Votto or Castellanos. But I think this version of Carlos is still a way better option than Keuchel or Lopez as the 4th starter.

Yes I'm also more of a capitalist fan myself.

Reds seem content just hitting lazy fly balls all game.

That Astros core always gets going in the playoffs. They looked terrible for most of last year and turned it on in the playoffs. They were probably an Arozarena hot streak from going to the WS last year despite going under .500 during the season.

Luis showing the wheels.

Luis has hit 3 scorchers off Gray. All 100 MPH+ off the bat.
