Ball is the 12th prospect in the Braves' system. MLB Pipeline has him as a 45 grade prospect. He'd probably be top 10 in our system.

Moncada is a really bad 2B. He's a pretty good 3B. I know Burger would be a nice upgrade in the lineup if he could play everyday, but you don't move your most valuable position player so you can plug in a rookie who's been up for 2 weeks.

Why would he be skipped if the spot start is 5 days away? He can just pitch and be on normal rest for Monday.

A B+ is awfully low given how much this team has overachieved with all the injuries.

Seemed like Gallo and his pitcher weren't on the same page until the final minute.

I noticed that when we played the Angels to begin the season we kept throwing high and in fastballs to Ohtani and he was pretty quiet until Cease missed his spot on a fastball and Ohtani hit it 460 feet. Now he's hitting high velocity fastballs up and in for dingers. It's like he patched the hole in his swing in a matter of months.
