Well at least the narrative of "we haven't had our big 6 hitters play together so that's why we can't score" can stop. Just missing one of the 6 doesn't mean the offense goes from scoring 11 runs to scoring 2.

Eloy fouling back hittable fastballs.

Eloy up again. For the love of god, don't swing at the first pitch.

Eloy's double play basically turned this game around for Alexander. He went from looking like he wasn't gonna make it out of the 3rd inning to possibly going 6 in a quality start.

Both the Royals and Tigers went from laying down against us last year to playing us real tough. Both teams have good prospects in the pipeline too. It's not a good sign of things to come.

Been the case ever since our series around 4th of July against them..

Keuchel talking shit after walking off the mound.

That looked like a pitch around.

Here comes Schoop to untie it.

Tigers are just wearing out that hole between first and 2nd.

Keuchel's been so fortunate. 2 warning track shots.

lol he literally had it falling off mid-swing on his first homer last year.

I find it funny when Yoan finally hustles he does something stupid.

Well that stupid decision just cost us a run. Thanks Yoan.

Stupid decision to go for third.

Tigers are so good at sneaking slow grounders through the right side.

Leury's gotta have that. Now they gotta face Haase with 2 guys on.

Angel is giving Keuchel a huge zone.

lol you almost called that.

Hanging change up. Lucky that wasn't hit harder.

That's not gonna fly cause he was hitting 450 foot bombs in early August. He's just off right now.

Just stop throwing the cutter. It's a trash pitch.

Cutter is trash once again.

No way Keuchel gets through 5 without giving up a few runs.

The one thing you couldn't do there is hit it on the ground and he did just that...
