Hutchison was such a GarPax kind of pick. He probably would have gone late 2nd/undrafted but GarPax had to use a late 1st to get him.

Yeah hopefully the picks are protected. I wouldn't say the Bulls overpaid, but they definitely spent a lot of draft capital. At least it seems like AK has picked a direction for the franchise.

They really live and die with Duane Washington. Washington kept them in the B1G championship game and he totally shot them out of this game in OT.

Just look at the amount of useless contracts that we kept instead of Fuller...Graham, Foles, Quinn. All guys Pace got last year and gave us almost no production.

Cutting Fuller is just stupid. If you're trying to still compete (hence why they got Dalton in the first place), why would you cut your best CB when you have almost zero CB depth? It's just unbelievably dumb.

Mitch has issues reading defenses and making the correct decisions. A good offensive line will help give him more time to process things, but it won't make him a good QB.

I'm still not sure I understand how Loyola is that high in KenPom when they've played 1 ranked team all season and lost. I understand that they've dominated the MVC, but they've got 2 teams in the tournament from that conference.

They were always projected to get Loyola in the 2nd round. Lunardi even had that when they were projected as the last 1 seed. The crazy thing is that Loyola is like the 9th ranked team in the Pomeroy rankings. It's definitely not a easy draw for the Illini, but they've been playing top 10 teams for the entirety of March.
