  1. QUOTE (thxfrthmmrs @ Jan 31, 2012 -> 12:02 AM) I think that might be the best in game dunk of all time, even tops the Jordan over Ewing dunk, which is popularly recognized with the honor Great dunk but I've seen better...gotta also take into account who's the dunkee, the best one I've seen the last few years involved K Bryant posterizing D Howard.
  2. lol@people here thinking we have a shot at that doofus in Orlando...not happening.
  3. I feel good about the Bulls chances vs the Heat come playoffs time...Rose makes his fts or hits that last shot and we all would be singing a different tune. Not saying I'm positive the Bulls will make the Finals but a healthy Bulls can beat the Heat, gotta learn from these tough losses and go from there.
  4. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Jan 29, 2012 -> 08:00 PM) No, LeBron made or broke the Cavs. Not the Heat. That's ridiculous. LeBron has one of the better "supporting" casts any superstar has had since the 1960's when there were like 4 teams in the league. I'm talking in terms of getting a title, or did Wade and Bosh step up and lead the Heat to a title last year when LBJ was lost in the 4th qrtr and I just imagined the Mavs winning it?
  5. I bet if Rose would've hit those 2 fts and the Bulls would've held on for the W, we wouldn't be having all this gloom and doom in here.We would be talking about a shorthanded Bulls beating Miami at their house, Finals here we come!! Talk about overreation...
  6. Suicide watch, jeez...I'm not saying based off what happened today that we'll beat Miami in the playoffs but considering how all these games have been close, we are right there with them and you gotta be really pessimistic to believe we have zero shot against them.Me, I'm not throwing up the white flag, f*** Miami.
  7. QUOTE (Steve9347 @ Jan 29, 2012 -> 07:33 PM) Well, forget all this "Wade played like s*** business"... that's the whole point of this Heat team. One guy can blow, but they still have another superstar ready to hit ridiculous shots. Seriously, I just relived last year's ECF. It is what it is... the Bulls can't hang with the Heat. LBJ makes or breaks the Heat, in the end, it falls on him, he creates a match up nightmare because of his size and quickness, if LBJ is off, Bosh nor Wade aren't leading the Heat to a title. We saw what happened when LBJ went missing in the 4th qrtrs of the Finals. We need to figure out a way to get inside LBJ's head, a James Rules perhaps?
  8. QUOTE (thxfrthmmrs @ Jan 29, 2012 -> 07:10 PM) Did Rose really said to the reporters in the locker room "I miss those two motherf***ers"? Who is he talking about?
  9. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Jan 29, 2012 -> 07:16 PM) Meh. Again, I get the whole moral victory spin. The Bulls hung tough against a great team on the road without two key players. Then again, they still manged to lose this game with Wade, outside of a couple of fastbreak dunks, looking as bad as any player of his stature can possibly look (and it wasn't just Hamilton). It goes both ways. Then again, Wade has struggled against the Bulls D going back to last year, he hasn't gone off against Bogans, Brewer, Hamilton on him today.
  10. All in all, when you consider our best man defender and 2nd best player was out along with our back up PG, and the Bulls were a pair of fts from winning on the road, you gotta be optimistic going foward. Rose needs to stop choking on late game fts
  11. QUOTE (TheCut87 @ Jan 29, 2012 -> 05:37 PM) This is an NBA thread not just a chicago bulls thread he can post what he wants flaming permitted here? Ok
  12. QUOTE (Felix @ Jan 29, 2012 -> 05:06 PM) choker Quit trolling, and BTW, no one gives a crap about your daily TWolves updates.
  13. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Jan 29, 2012 -> 04:31 PM) Somebody is going to have to do something DRASTIC to deny LeBron another MVP. And it just looks so effortless...
  14. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jan 29, 2012 -> 04:24 PM) Offense really hasn't been the problem here. Bulls shooting 43% on the game, giving up 43%, difference is entirely free throws. Stats are really balanced...usually the Bulls can just hold better than this on D. Deng
  15. We need a 3pt shooter to open it up, Heat just sagging big time on Rose.
  16. QUOTE (Felix @ Jan 29, 2012 -> 04:04 PM) The refs have been fine. The non-flagrant call was bad, but other than that it's been pretty even. Considering both teams have roughly the same number attempts right now, comments like these are just completely off-base and ridiculous. The one were LBJ initiated the chest bump foul that even Van Gundy took issue with was legit? Ok.
  17. I'll be surprised if the Bulls pull this game out.We need every piece to beat a team like Miami.
  18. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jan 29, 2012 -> 03:37 PM) Putting up 50 points in the first half against this team last year would have been solid. The Bulls D just hasn't been there. Maybe they are pacing themselves this year?Turn up the defense in the 2nd half, I haven't seen a lot of games this year but they seem to turn it up a notch in the 4th, at least that was the case the games I watched.
  19. QUOTE (Balta1701 @ Jan 29, 2012 -> 03:29 PM) Having him Against James has been huge in the past. Now James is 7/9 with 17 points in the first half. Yeah, that's missing Lu. Nobody stops LBJ bit at least Deng makes him work, he's making it look easy out there.
  20. Take LeBron away and the Heat don't impress, even with Wade and Bosh out there, LBJ makes or breaks the Heat, that's why when he went MIA in the 4th qtr in the Finals, the Heat had no chance.
  21. QUOTE (Jordan4life @ Jan 29, 2012 -> 03:11 PM) Anybody still think the Bulls are deeper than the Heat? You do realize Deng and Watson aren't playing, right?
