I'm not trying to take anything about from Billups but his surrounding cast was much more of an established unit than the group Nash led. The Suns had 6 regular rotation guys playing over 15 minutes that weren't even with them last year and Nash played a huge part in holding it all together and having them gel as quickly as they did.
