Rios and Konerko are players who help your team every day in every inning. Jenks is a player who helps your team during 1 inning probably once every 3 games. They are definitely worth more.

Lets hope somebody like Justin Smoak drops as low as 11 again. I hope we go for a high SLG player like him this year.

He's also the dumbass who got Freddy Garcia, Gavin Floyd, John Danks, Carlos Quentin, Jermaine Dye, Dustin Hermanson, A.J. Pierzynski, Jose Contreras, Al Duque, and Iguchi. Those guys did nothing. what a moron.

Hmm, I guess they could be. Upton is young and cheap for the next couple years, but Crawford is coming off of a career year.

So why would he put him in RF when an obviously superior defensive set up is Rios in CF, Kotsay in RF, and Pods at DH? That should have nothing to do with Ozzie being angry at him.

KW said there would be a lot of changes this season, do you think he will make a run for one of them? I really think there is no chance of us getting Crawford, so I am talking about Upton. He would really solidify our defense and he has the potential to be a great player. Do you think we have enough to get him?

That's not that bad. I see WAY worse proposals on other forums. Hell, just today i saw one guy put up the idea of Konerko for Berkman. Then i saw somebody put up the idea of konerko, getz, and fields for Josh Hamilton. I'm glad that isn't the case here (even though it is hilarious to see peoples reactions to those trade ideas).
