AL Playoff Schedule
I've moved our conversation about the National Football League to the NFL Catch All. Please, continue on. My apologies.

You can observe the statistics above. Sorry numbers don't agree with your wack argument.

The average NFL player isn't a millionaire. Two strikes, homie.

Define a lot, because the NFL crime rate is lower than the average US population.

2021 MLB Draft Thread
I honestly don't hate the lottery. I know we just went through a rebuild, but it was never as egregiously awful as, for example, the Astros got.

Tim Anderson's Don't Come Along Often
These two posts also sum up why Tim Anderson is probably the most marketable player in baseball ... and why MLB is blowing a golden opportunity. He's the genesis of succeeding while telling all the unwritten rules to fuck off and to have fun while playing baseball and to do it his own way. While being an amazing human being. MLB sucks at marketing its traditional stars and now Tim is here #ChangingTheGame.

I don't understand your joke, please explain it to me.

Players are happy, team is happy. It made the rebuild possible and means we don't have to worry about shedding contracts for a few years. This is the way.

Sox playoff chances sit at 100%, 3rd in AL for WS odds
Real nice to have youth on our side right now.

AL MVP Race
Like I said at the top of the thread, I think MVP can't go to best hitter any longer with expanded playoffs if the best hitter misses the playoffs. In Rendon and Trout miss the playoffs, well, that's a really hard sell when over half the AL makes it. Give one of them the Hank Aaron and make a bigger deal of that, like we do the Cy Young.

Sox vs Twins. 9/14 - 7:10
Jake Cave was our white whale. We're winning the World Series, boys.

Sox vs Twins. 9/14 - 7:10
My Lord, Eloy should not be fielding when up in the bottom of the ninth.

Chances for Subway (Crosstown) White Sox/Cubs series this year
My guy, it was poking fun. Also, aspire to be something more than NY's subway.

Chances for Subway (Crosstown) White Sox/Cubs series this year
I read this as "The The Series" If it's the Crosstown Series does the winner also get the vaunted Crosstown Cup

Chances for Subway (Crosstown) White Sox/Cubs series this year
The Mets are currently the #12 seed in the NL, so idk if a Subway Series is happening.

Cease feature on FG
Shields mentored Giolito and Dunning, now we must bring in Bauer to mentor Cease, Kopech and Lopez. Give Pilkington to Keuchel cause it seems like it'd be fun.

FS: Midseason Top 30 Prospects List
Everyone forgets that before injuries, Burger won awards in college for defense and MLB gave him a 55 grade for his arm and 50 grade for fielding.

The LEGEND of Luis Robert ESPN feature article
Without knowing anything else about this stat, I take it to mean that Luis Robert is the best defender in baseball.

For what it's worth, Menechino was his hitting coach at AAA last year.

The Hostetler Drafts: A Review
I feel like the biggest second round whiff will always be Alek Thomas. It just seemed...right there. I also think the transition to Shirley is coming at a good time. Now is the perfect time to load up on big time talent from within.

Don’t Fire Frank Menechino Thread
Why are we complaining when the Sox are in first place after executing a rebuild plan and blaming one batter on a hitting coach overseeing the top offense in the AL*? Padres took the lead after their game*
