There's a new Sox podcast in town that I found on Facebook--"Pale 'n Hosed" It's pretty good. Every Tuesday during ST, and once the season starts it'll be twice a week. You can find it on iTunes. Redbird lost their season opener yesterday. I plan on going to some home games this season. Their ballpark is newly renovated.

Wow. I didn't think the national media was as in love with him as we are. EDIT: I also think Harold Reynolds has revealed himself to have a great soft spot for our Sox. Always makes sure you point out the Sox and their players.

I was really bummed because I was already going to the game on the 28th with two friends, one another diehard Sox fan and another a diehard Yankees fan. But the more I thought about it, the more special it seemed, and I talked to my dad and he thought we should definitely go. Got UD box seats for section 527! He also said he really wants to drive out to Cooperstown again (we went there as a family in '99) when he gets in.

I tune out whenever I see UZR, VORP, etc. Hell, OPS is a bit much for me.
