Garland gave us a great chance of winning today, it was just too bad Zach Day did the same thing for the Expos. Isn't it annoying when you score 14 runs and can't win, and then your pitcher does great for 8 innings and you can't win either. It's called clutch hitting.

I've been really lucky with my team, not many injuries, and I've picked up and traded for some guys like Anderson and Santana who are really coming around, I gave up too early on Jose Vidro though.

I also see Vic Darensbourg is expected to be called up as well. Hav to say I'm very suprised with that, you would think Majewski, Santiago, or Man Hands Baj would be better options, but maybe they want a specialist lefty up in the pen. Blown oppurtunity for David Sanders, who hasn't had a good year at all so far for the Knights.

No doubt a blow to KW's ego if Rauch is indeed called back up as the 5th starter. Hopefully he'll make the most of his 2nd chance, and his last 3 outings with the Knights have been very, very good.

M's are desperate for young position prospects. They hav an abundance of young pitching in Clint Nagoette and Travis Blackley and company waiting in the wings. I'd doubt they trade Pineiro but it's definitely worth a shot goin afta him. Garcia or Jamie Moyer are more likely solutions.

Why would TB want to trade Crawford anyways? They're on a 9 game winning streak and thing are goin very nicely for them. I hope they are able to build a new stadium down there so that they can keep this young core in tact for a few more years yet.
