  1. Abreu didn't know what the count was. Rough series for everyone on the team, pretty much.
  2. Very cool that you only have 20 seconds to review a call unless of course you feel like taking 3 minutes and then requesting a review that's permissible too. Just making up rules as they go along. That's terrible.
  3. You can't wait this long and then review a call...
  4. Agreed. I think his command and stuff were both very good in the final 2 innings.
  5. I've been very impressed with Sheets, I just think it's difficult to keep he & Lamb on the same roster.
  6. I don't want to see Rodon go back out there tonight. Save the unnecessary pitches on his arm.
  7. Lamb homered in his rehab appearance tonight and if you're trying to win in 2021 he's probably a better option than Sheets. At least the pixie dust is wearing off on the young guys/overexposed replacement level types as guys are finally returning from injury.
  8. If you're someone who's concerned about how the Sox play vs good teams, on the road, etc then you should be prioritizing getting the #1 seed over scoreboard watching Cleveland games.
  9. There probably isn't a catcher in baseball everyone here would be satisfied with, honestly.
  10. I'm glad to see you coming around on Grandal 😊
  11. The strike zone Sox pitchers have to pitch to with Collins behind the plate feels microscopic sometimes
  12. Zach Collins is an embarrassment behind the plate.
  13. That's more like it from Rodon. Adames and Yelich had no shot against him.
  14. Collins shrinks the strike zone dramatically when he's back there. Blame the umpires all you want, but framing will be a massive part of the game until there's an automated zone.
  15. Frazier is a no brainer for me if they have the prospects to get a deal done. But I'll settle for Escobar if not.
  16. Of course Rodon would be one of the hitters that actually makes contact
  17. Gio's most recent start before last night he dominated the best lineup in baseball. Some nights you aren't going to have it.
  18. He's not coming back so it doesn't really matter, but Madrigal is obviously a huge loss as well. He's someone who could at least make contact against Burnes.
  19. If the Sox keep playing like this, and Cleveland starts winning, the Sox playoff odds might drop below 98%
  20. Might not be the worst idea to IL Rodon so he can skip a few starts given his lack of innings over the last few years
  21. This is the first time all year Rodon hasn't looked sharp. yikes.
  22. Milwaukee turned Narvaez into one of the best framers in baseball. Maybe the Sox can hire whoever they have to work with Collins.
