This. 100%. He's not an old guy. He'll get another shot but sucking in Tampa isn't going to do him any favors. He'll basically head coach the defense. Arians is a well-respected guy. He'll understand.

Buying a second rounder is your plan? Are you serious? NBA draft picks in the second round are not worth much. They're just not. First rounders matter and no one trades those for cash.

Again, if you put aside your narrative and look at what actually happened on the field, you would realize that Trubisky had an amazing season on 3rd down and in other high value situations. Rodgers, Goff, and Ryan have played better in previous years, but this season they did not situationally play as well. And Watson is good but he's just not as good as Trubisky.

You know, if a quarterback passed on every play, nitetrain would think he's the best player of all time. Because counting stats. I can't believe there are still fans like this.
