He was scratched from a playoff start with shoulder fatigue. If he had reached his innings limit, he wouldn’t have been scratched the day of, rather he would have been shut down the moment his prior start ended, just like this year.

They had more time in minicamp. They had an extra preseason game thus an extra week of practice + they violently practiced against the Broncos for a few days. You would know better than I do clearly, but it’s not like they aren’t hitting anyone.
