DAMMIT RAMIREZ
please, just go away....!!!
19 errors
Martinez didn't slide....just came in standing up. Alexei is so weak...
2nd base ump has to call that though. If Martinez is gonna do that, you throw at him.

Hanley?
Yeah. He's having a great year but I fully expect him to sign an extension with the Dodgers

Only hitters I would consider would be Butler, Hanley and Sandoval.

Well said... the White Sox simply need to wait one more year, see who develops and see who regresses. Then they can make an overall assessment of the roster while at the same time, obtain 2 high first round picks. (2014 and 2015). We all know the farm can use top 5 draft picks to boost it up. I am banking that the Sox will go for it all in 2015 and spend big that winter.
What notable free agents where there will be in 2015?
QUOTE (Marty34 @ Aug 10, 2013 -> 11:57 AM)
Precisely the type of player the Sox should look at.
Not at all. At best anymore he is a platoon player. And is on the downside of 30

So you're tellin' me there's a chance...
One hour...nothing will happen and Rios will start the first game.
Agreed. I don't think anything will happen.

I'm hearing the Rangers aren't optimistic about landing Rios. But it's certainly worth a try. White Sox asking for too much.

Oh no the White Sox are looking for people in return!
Not like Sox just going to hand Rios over to the Rangers. Gotta get something of value back. I don't expect a trade.

Recchia promoted to the Dash.
Sierra to the DL.
I'd guess a starter goes to Kanny from one of the rookie affiliates as well, but no word on that yet.
Also possible a starter from AA goes to AAA. Either that or Arroyo is out for more than one start. Seems unlikely they'd have Beck do just one start at AA, but you never know.
Snodgrass would seem the most likely to be the one promoted if AAA does need another pitcher. See how he fares up there. Deserves the promotion.

Recchia 7 IP, 1 ER, 6 H, 1 BB, 8 K
1.45 ERA on season
At 24 in low A, is he much of a prospect?
And Jacobs with a sac fly.
QUOTE (kevo880 @ Aug 3, 2013 -> 08:25 PM)
7 no hit innings wrapped up.
Is it 16 games now for Jacobs?
Yes it is. He is now 2-4 with 2 RBIs
Wilkins is 2-3 and Johnson 6 innings 0 earned, 0 walks, 6 strikeouts.
