Garcia should not be on the MLB roster if we want to compete. Simple as that. He would be a fine September call up for pinch running and such but that is about it.

IF we give up Quintana (Which defeats the purpose of what the Sox are trying to build) we better get one hell of a deal for him. Q is the most underrated pitcher in the game and has such a great contract and only getting better.

I don't want to trade Quintana for Bruce let alone Quintana+ Reds have enough damn pitching.
