It’s stupid IMO that they won’t just pay for a perfect fit, but I’ve resigned myself that Conforto is not coming. I can stomach Vaughn in RF as much as they need someone better in the field. Just trade Kimbrel for a starter or prospects to acquire a starter and be done with it.

The defensive activity was very welcome. He looked about the same on offense to me. If he hits the corner 3 and is active on the glass he is a nice boost.
