SOX vs. Angels 5-30-05
McPherson is the fourth hitter. Marte can get up for him. but I'm sure that Erstad, DaVanon or Kennedy will be up to hit against Hermie.

Greg Walker reworked Crede's swing at the end of last season and all winter. At some point, the facts cannot be ignored. dude has a long, slow swing. if we can get some team to take a chance on him, package him.

When I hear Hawk and DJ talk about the shadows, I feel like that's what we're depending upon to keep this game 3-2.

Crede's crew is parked right next to Jose Jose Jose's crew. and D'Angelo's.

SOX vs. Angels 5-30-05
They just bust Crede with fastballs because they think he's got a slow bat

Bad time for Paulie to have a bad year: A) We got a chance to win and we need him. B.) It's his free-agent walk year. He's so intense that I wonder if those factors work against him.

nothing but bad vibes on this game. nothing but bad ones.

Suggestion: Pitch around Finley next time.

maybe Mike Lowell is worth at least a phone call. And with the Reds already dumping Danny graves and D'angelo, maybe they'd be willing to dump Randa's salary. Hell, he knows the AL Central and can't be THAT expensive, if Cincy took him.

Fields has 10 errors in 47 games. Also 58 Ks in 174 at bats. That's Borchard like. As for Schnurstein, 12 errors in 47 games. He has 36 Ks in 173 at bats. Looks like neither guy is the answer defensively for sure. And there are plenty of questions offensively. Can Carl Everett play 3b?

Fields strikes out a bunch and he makes a lot of errors. like Borchard and Drew Henson and Chris Weinke and Josh Booty and Quincy Carter, he's a football player who lost valuable developmental time in college playing spring football. I'm more excited about Schnurstein at A ball. he's having a decent season and doesn't K nearly as much.

we're awfully determined to keep the angels in the game. ozzie needs to send some of these guys to left field. They can go upstairs and learn something at Fundamentals.

thank you A. Row. seems to be a much better hitter at home. don't know if the stats support that, but it looks that way to me.
