He's tied for 7th at .400 with an OBP of .436. Not showing much power, but he's third in the league in hits. *Felix Diaz leads the league in ERA (0.00) and wins (two, tied with Jon Rauch). Showing pinpoint control, too. *Ryan Meaux moved out of the pen and into the rotation for Birmingham last night. The results were dazzling. Eight innings, 2 hits, 8 Ks. *And Robert Valido looks like he can handle the jump to Kannapolis just fine. He's hitting .296 while playing shortstop. Like to see Reed get a full season at Triple A, but if the dude keeps hitting like this he's got to come up at some point.
