What's the big deal with MB going to the Cardinals Winter Fan Forum anyway? Other MLB players go to the Winter Fan Forums of the team(s) which they may not play for but grew up for cheering as a kid. MB has admitted that he was a diehard Cardinals fan as a kid growing up. So, just because he is a ML pitcher on the Chicago White Sox now he is not allowed to go to the Winter Fan Forum of the team he cheered for as a kid? Get real. If I was blessed with the talent to be a MLB player and I was on a team other than the Sox, guess where I'd be next weekend? SOXFEST! And if the team I played for had their Forum on the same weekend as SoxFest, I'd do my signings and appearances and fly to Chicago to take part in SoxFest the next day or vice versa. God knows I'd be able to afford it, right Roman? *Note: How do you think the media found out Buehrle was gonna attend the Cardinals Winter Fan Forum? Someone had to report it to them. Think it was KW and the White Sox Organization trying to villify our best pitcher the last two seasons since he told them to take their lowball offer and shove it? KW and JR are planting the seeds already for when Buehrle leaves the Organization. They'll be able to say, "See? MB never really wanted to be here and we offered him a very good contract. We're not to blame." Wake up and smell what you're shoveling Roman. lol my bad..... i thought he was asking about the fundraiser the cards did for i believe it was a cancer thing or something like that which mark showed up with a ton of cards players........yeah if i were mark i would have hung around cards fest too.. why not....espically if your a fan and grew up watching them..... who cares........ You fail to realize that JR has been insulting Sox players and FANS for 20+ years now. Youre right but I never mentioned what I thought of JR. I dont like him. I hope he sells the team. What I said is that I like Kenny and what hes done, not what JR has done... If you're talking about MB, KW, and salary, then you have to talk about JR. There's no way around it.

I had heard rumors of a more "colorful" explanation..... JR trying to tap into the minority baseball fans of Chicago by hiring JM and KW to manage/GM the team..... but, if this was the case, it was never substantiated by any credible media source. I don't believe that was the case, but if it was and the media caught on and actually reported it, it wouldn't take long for cries of "racism and prejudice" from the Jesse's and Sharpton's of the world to be leveled against said media outlet. I was told in '99 that Jerry was head of a committee to hire minorities and that's why JM was hired. I assume that's why KW was hired as well. I was told this by several people within the Sox orginization. Well then, maybe there is something to it. Can't blame the media for not reporting it because of the firestorm that Jesse and Rev. Jakes will level against their media company.

First I heard of the "supposed" deal was from KW approximately one month ago when he did that sit-in interview with Jiggetts on the SCORE and reported that he and the White Sox offered him "Zito-type dollars" and then some. If this was the case, Buehrle would have been a fool to turn down an offer like that..... whether he liked KW or wanted to be traded to St. Louis or what have you. The fact that KW claimed that this offer was on the table and Buehrle supposedly rejected it threw up a red flag with me. I'm not surprised.

Well, I have XBox. I only play GTA when I go to my friends house and hes only borrowing it from this one kid I dont really hang out with anymore. But how do you change clothes? Well, what I usually do is get out of the car and run because they shoot out my tires or they keep cuttin me off so I run. I run for a little ways and carjack another car but sooner or later they always bust me. I dont do the missions. I just drive around like a maniac which is why Im always being chased. BTW, that is a pretty funny story. I laughed so hard my brother wanted to know what happened... You have to get to a mission where a change of clothes is required. If all you do is drive around and not do any missions, you'll never get a chance to go clothes shopping or steal a fresh kill's duds. BTW witesoxfan, I did that mission too. Didn't do it that way though..... I rammed his ass into the lake with another golf cart. That's another hint..... don't try to kill these people with the weapons they give you..... sometimes that s*** is really hard to do..... If you can run them over in a car, then do it. The cool thing about GTA is that a kill is a kill...... doesn't matter how you do it.
