Ah CubKilla, you always cease to amaze me. But you did shed some light on something. The fact that you and your kind cannot debate your way out of a wet paper bag. You guys are just like Daver without the moderation power. So, f*** it. I've already been told that I should be shot dead here on these boards, and I don't need that s***. Take your warmongering, take your hatred, take your ignorance and go play with that because from now, I officially wash my hands of this s***. Ciao all. did i miss out on something? I was just merely pointing out the fact that Apu never posts anything about the White Sox on a WHITE SOX MESSAGEBOARD. But, in typical Apu fashion, he goes off half-cocked and turns a stated matter of fact by myself into a quasi-political statement.

Too bad only 3 have to do with the White Sox
-
And that's funny how?????

Pick your poison

Baggio, damn do I almost compeltely agree with you - it should be six games, 3 each home and away, against that designated rival. That thats all the inerleague play I want til the world series. Bud Lite was mulling the option of League realignment a few years back..... keeping the AL and NL..... realigning according to location (East and West) and geographical rivalries..... and splitting each league into two divisions with two wildcard teams in each league to do away with current interleague play. Never heard if it was ever voted on or just died with Bud.....

Abso-f***ing-lutely NOT! I pray for the year when the White Sox pound the f***ing sCrUBS into the ground 6 times STRAIGHT! That would be like heaven..... the euphoria amongst White Sox fans would be palpable to the White Sox winning the WS..... considering there aren't many still alive that could remember all the way back to 1917.
-
I don't think the Twinkie bullpen will be AS effective as last year..... JMO though. Alot of those guys in the bullpen had career years too. I just don't see the bullpen replicating 2002's success.

Haven't heard anything about it..... but as to why Thomas may take a 22-25 million dollar deal now as opposed to the 40 deferred..... DIVORCE! Still..... doesn't make sense. But JR dealing with Thomas exclusively without KW's involvement wouldn't surprise me. KW wants Big Hurt out but Big Hurt is JR's guy.

You're nuts!
-
He was notoriously cheap..... a fault of his that may have led some of his players to participate in the "1919 Black Sox Scandel."
-
I would have figured you to be the last to want to get nailed by KW HSC Her intense hatred of KW stems from the fact that she loves him. LMAO!

Let's all remember though who is going to manage this team..... *Tinker *Tinker *Tinker

For 104 wins, both BC and MB would have to win at least 20 and JG and DW would have to win, in my estimation, at least 17. You'd also be putting enormous pressure on your "yet-to-be-named" number 5 starter..... who would have to win anywhere in the number or 12-15. That leaves approximately 15 additional wins for the bullpen to pick up as the season goes on. 104 wins is possible only if pitching, offense, and practically errorless baseball are played by the White Sox the entire season..... and no injuries that sideline a player for an extended period of time. My opinion..... 90-95. Colon should be good for at least 5 more additional White Sox wins this season and JG and DW should improve also..... hopefully.
-
Mark Buehrle only because I wouldn't want Colon to be followed by two finesse-style pitchers (MB and JG). Plus, I think Buehrle has earned the number 1 starter position on this team.

Drinking and badmouthing KW and JR or..... ripping on RPS?

While I agree with you Baggs on this team looking better with Durham at 2B, I would have to disagree with your assessment of him as a lead-off man. Durham never did that well at the lead-off position of the batting order..... he always had better percentages at number two or, for a time in 2001, the number 3 hole in the line-up.

I know RPS would be first in line for "Little Blue Pill Day" If they have another charity sleepover..... Pitch a Tent in Viagra Park's OF

How do you know this? You've said this 5 or 6 times already. Every ballplayer dealt or signed by a team, whether it be his old team or a new team, says they love the City and team that they play for. Colon has yet to throw ONE PITCH in a White Sox uniform. And GOD FORBID, if Colon loses 6 of his first 10 or worse, the Sox fans will be BOOING HIS ASS MORE UNMERCILESSLY THAN I/WE DID TOAD RITCHIE AND CHOICE K-LAYTON!!!!! And HSC will be in Cook County's womens lockup on a 1st Degree Murder Charge for the Comiskey Park parking lot slaying of your buddy KW. Your thinking in regards to Colon is presumptuous at best.
-
It's been good for PayRod's health though
-
I know I don't have to tell you HSC..... but if that was the case, from what's been said about the KW/MB situation from those supposedly on the inside, KW would keep MB and pay him that pitance just to spight Buehrle. And I also agree that if MB wanted to be traded to St. Louis that KW would do his what he could to ensure that MB doesn't go anywhere near St. Louis.

I've always been partial to asshole and jagoff myself

No..... not this year. Don't know how reliable the info is, but I talked to a White Sox employee around X-mas leaving the ballpark that I happen to know and he/she heads a particular department for the Organization (If RPS thinks real hard, he could probably put 2 and 2 together and figure out who it was I talked to). The renovation of Comiskey Park, according to this employee, will be done slowly but surely over approximately 7-10 years during the offseasons. The HKS pics taken down from their website a few months back is what the finished product is supposed to resemble. I tend to believe him/her because, if anyone was fortunate enough to see HKS's finished Comiskey pics (they were bone inducing), everything on the inside is painted gray and black with blue seats. By now, I think most have seen the black and gray which now permeates the entire inside of Comiskey Park which was completed this Fall after 2002's season was over. Considering they are redoing the concourses in the OF's and upper deck this season according to the pics on HKS's website, I'd say the finished product is at least 3-4 years away. The big projects (which are being put off until after the national spotlight of the All-Star game is extinguished) are a new grand entrance on 35th and Wentworth and a HR porch in RF to make up for the seating lost when between 5-10 of the highest decks of the upper deck are chopped off. Restaurants and new interactive attractions are planned..... according to the Dept Head. The reason why the renovation is being done in stages is quite simple..... each project takes approximately 6 months to complete and trying to complete the whole project at one time would mean the White Sox would have to find a temporary home for at least one entire season..... similar to what the Bears had to do this past season.

Maybe I'll visit. I bet I can prove that statement wrong though. Let's see how far we can push them bj! then take sideshow with you............ that will be fun. Too bad sideshow hardly ever posts anything Sox-related
