Yep stovetop....let's me add some labor to the meal....plus I get to enjoy a beer while also not having to entertain my in laws. My wife suggested my risotto so I jumped at the chance.

I am picking up a crown roast of pork (uncooked) which my better half will apply an herbed rub, bake and fill the middle with a delicious sausage stuffing. She also is making roasted butternut squash soup and sausage and ricotta filled stuffed shells. I will be making mushroom risotto. Also some appetizers and other veggies and potatoes to truly stuff ourselves before hitting the desserts. Hope all here enjoy a wonderful day with family and friends.
