I certainly prefer Vargas at 1B over Sosa. How is Ramos looking in Charlotte?

Wasn't Rojas the biggest free agent acquisition by Getz this off season? I personally think he will be here most if not all of the season with the argument that he was hurt and will eventually hit to his norm. And I 100% agree with you on Elko. He hit with enough power here to justify him staying.

Remember that really fast guy the Sox called up a year or 2 ago who stole 2B late in the game and promptly got picked off? Then later in the year I saw he was on someone's playoff roster and I thought WTF?? I guess it's the old "you can't teach speed"

I checked in on the box score when the Sox were leading and had to look up who Capra was....was gonna post what is the point of picking up a guy like Vinny Capra but didn't want to be a negative Nelly when a sweep was still possible but now.......what is the friggin point of Vinny Capra??

Just watched the highlights....that did look like fun. Earlier today I saw a headline from a Texas site saying that yesterday the Rangers suffered a humiliating defeat to the White Sox....I bet they're not happy

Reinsdorf is obviously the biggest problem. I am just not going to defend a guy who was head of player development who never developed any talent. Watching someone fail upwards is very frustrating for me. You think Getz is decent at his job with the limitations of having JR as his owner...I just disagree.
