What is saw is a result of spring training. Not simply statistical results. Things change when the real season start and pressure is added. Things also change when teams are studying you and trying their best to beat you.

This isn't a 4 game worry. We looked pretty bad the last few weeks of last season as well. Moncada and Robert struggled for a large chunk of last year. I think we will be fine, but I think we need to lose the overconfident angle and humble ourselves. We've done nothing yet and need some of that hunger. Every year we see teams with WS aspirations struggle and fall into mediocrity and the same can happen to us. Stay hungry White Sox.

Not a chance. He is a young hitter who is going to need time. The alternate site stuff was all fluff. Pitchers will give him junk until he proves himself. He will soon.

We also have to remember that Baseball is a weird sport sometimes. Teams will eventually game plan for him so there will come a time he struggles and will need to adjust. He has the talent to give you solid production with the bat this season so hopefully it holds true.

We need depth so I think we have to keep Collins around. If Yermin can be a respectable hitter you just enjoy the ride. Having too much talent is always a good problem.
